About Azon E-Quality Audit™
The Azon electronic quality audit program (E-Quality Audit™) provides a method of data collection; enhanced, preventative maintenance service and quality audits via a Web-based process. Utilization of the E-Quality Audit™ process is accomplished either directly in real-time to a centralized data storage Web server or using a portable digital assistant (PDA) and static forms synchronization. Long-term storage of equipment quality audit reports and easy access to findings are major benefits to the customer.

Passwords to enable use of the E-Quality Audit™ program are assigned to customers who use Azon's chemical systems. E-Quality Audit™ program users log in using an Internet connection to a secure server to fill out specific quality audit programs. Data collection for the daily check/plaque program records temperatures, gel times and ratios. Machinery system checks are also entered and stored permanently in the electronic database.

Laboratory technicians at Azon conduct tests according to ASTM and AAMA standards on data entered into the E-Quality Audit™ program at the customer's location (daily chemical check) and solid polyurethane plaques that are submitted. When these tests are complete, customers can view reports and research data when they log into the program from the Internet. Any one assigned a password can view chemical, plaque and machinery E-Quality Audit™ reports. Data and information is kept secure and confidential. Azon does not share specific test data with anyone except the customer assigned to it.
