Product Description & Application
Material Type
Azo-Grout 222* Reacts with Azo-Nate 300 to form a dense flexible solid, suitable for sealing cracks in concrete and brick. Used when a flexible elastic material is needed for moving structures. UL approved for use in potable water exposure. Flexible Solid
Azo-Grout 224 * Reacts with Azo-Nate 300 to form a dense solid within a crack. Used when a strong structural repair is needed. Azo-Cat 24 is used as a catalyst to adjust gel time. Rigid Solid
Azo-Grout 226 * Reacts with Azo-Nate 300 to form a hard solid. Suitable for anchoring bolts in mines. Can also be used as a water stop and / or soil stabilizer. Rigid Solid
Azo-Nate 300 Reacts with the resins shown above to form various types solid grouts.
Azo-Cat 24 A Catalyst for solid type resins to speed reaction time
Azo-Grout 447* A hydrophobic rigid closed cell foam that forms when reacted with water. The product serves as a water shut off system in concrete cracks and joints and can also be used as an excellent soil stabilizer. Uses Azo-Cat 48 as a catalyst. Rigid Foam
Azo-Cat 48 A Catalyst for Azo-Grout 447 to speed up the reaction time.
Azo-Grout 424* A hydrophobic flexible closed cell foam that can serves as a elastic gasket in moving concrete cracks and joints. Works well in most stress load and corrosive environments. UL approved for potable water applications. Flexible Foam
Azo-Cat 25 A Catalyst for Azo-Grout 424 to speed up the reaction time.
Azo-Grout 526* A hydrophilic flexible foam used for filling cracks, sealing joints and soil stabilization. The product will reacts quickly at various ratios of water Flexible Foam
Azo-Grout 675LVD* A hydrophilic grout, when reacted with water at a 1 to 1 ratio produces a flexible foam. A soft gel is formed when mixed with water at a 10 to 1 ratio. Used in a variety of injection and gel encapsulation techniques for water stop purposes. Flexible Foam
or Soft Gel
Azo-Grout 695 * A Hydrophilic material that reacts with water up to a 20 to 1 ratio that forms a strong gel suitable for stopping heavy water flows. Strong Gel
