SU 207 Series
Processor-friendly, SU 207 is a multi-purpose material to accommodate most small users and high-volume producers. Its adaptability allows it to be used on automated and non-automated equipment lines. It has the advantage of being one of the best formulated thermal barrier products to allow for varying plant conditions throughout the world.


Univeral No-tape® Series
These series of chemicals, dubbed 302, 303, and 304 are trade named Universal No-Tape contained within Azon's patented thermal barrier formulations. The advantage of these unique formulations is the elimination of the end taping of the extrusion usually required in the thermal barrier application process. This results in greatly enhanced throughput, productivity and cost savings. The fast-curing properties of Universal No-Tape allow the product to be applied in difficult-to-reach cavity designs, which contributes to an improvement in productivity. Handling and metal processing can be done immediately without affecting the surface appearance of the chemical.

SU 301, 311, 315 Series
This series of thermal barrier chemical is especially suited for the extreme architectural and commercial applications. Its properties are well suited for the high performance finishes prevalent in the commercial fenestration market. Variations in viscosity (SU-315) along with variations in catalysts, allow for the behavioral characteristics of the chemical to meet the commercial customer's needs in plant operation and nuances. The 311 series can be used in all equipment and plant design layouts.
