Happy 40th Anniversary to Azon UK!

This year, we proudly celebrate the 40th anniversary of Azon UK Ltd, established on April 12, 1985.

One of the most significant milestones of Azon UK has been the development of AzoCore, our highest-performing thermal barrier. In 2013, Azon UK was approached by a customer seeking a high-performance thermal barrier system which could meet new UK Passive House energy regulations. With the collaboration of our UK customer, Azon USA developed AzoCore technology—a high-density polyurethane foam that has since set new standards in energy efficiency and structural integrity. This innovation underscores the essential role our UK office has played in pushing the boundaries of thermal performance technology.

Since 1993, Phil Davies has led Azon’s efforts in the UK and Europe. Today, he is supported by Hannah Harris, who joined the team in 2016.

As we reflect on 40 years of progress, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our employees, partners, and customers in the UK and Europe who have been part of this journey. Their support and collaboration have been invaluable in driving our success.

Looking ahead, we remain dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and customer-focused solutions. With a strong foundation built over the past four decades, our UK office will continue to be a driving force in the future of thermal barrier technology in the UK and Europe.
