The AZON Lancer™ creates a warrantied mechanical lock that improves the adhesive properties between polyurethane polymer and the surface finish of the thermal barrier pocket used in thermally broken aluminum windows, doors, curtain wall and window wall profiles.
For mechanical locks – works in line with pour and debridge processing machinery to create inward curving lanced indentations in thermal barrier pockets
The patented AZON AZO-Brader™ provides a warrantied mechanical surface conditioning to the thermal barrier pocket used in thermally broken aluminum windows, doors, curtain wall and window wall profiles helping ensure proper adhesion of polyurethane polymer to difficult surface finishes.
For mechanical locks – works in line with pour and debridge processing machinery to create abraded portions inside the thermal barrier pocket.
The AZON Fillameter™ meters, mixes, and dispenses liquid two-component polyurethane polymers into the thermal barrier pocket used in thermally broken aluminum windows, doors, curtain wall and window wall profiles. Within minutes, the thermal core solidifies into a strong structural composite.
For fully automated chemical metering, mixing, and dispensing – works in line with pour and debridge processing machinery to fill thermal barrier channel in extruded metal profiles
As the final step in the “pour and debridge” process, the AZON Bridgemill™ removes the metal bridge from the bottom of the thermal barrier pocket used in thermally broken aluminum windows, doors, curtain wall and window wall profiles, producing a non-metal-to-metal structural composite suitable for aluminum fenestration products.
For metal bridge removal – works in line with pour and debridge processing machinery to remove the metal bridge in filled thermal barrier channels creating a non-metal-to-metal structural thermal barrier composite
