The growth of data centers, together with mounting pressure to reduce energy use in buildings, has sharply increased demand for thermally insulated dampers. Manufacturers are being asked to raise output accordingly, and for many of them, the limiting factor is the insulation chemistry. Conventional damper insulation can take up to four days to cure, and until it does, filled louvers take up floor space and cannot move to the next operation. AzoCore cures in hours.
