Azon Machinery
Purpose-built for every step of the process.
Every Azon machine is engineered from the ground up for the Pour and Debridge process. Together, the line covers each stage of production: conditioning the extrusion cavity, metering and dispensing the polyurethane, and debridging the finished profile. Because Azon also formulates the chemistry these machines run, the equipment and the polymer are developed to work as one system.
Our machines are built in Kalamazoo, Michigan, from heavy gauge steel and industrial-grade components, and they are designed to stay in production for decades. With each generation, we build in more automation. Recipe recall, servo-driven setup, and remote diagnostics now handle adjustments that once required an operator, which means greater precision and less manual intervention on the line.
